		<description>The coldest it ever got in Vancouver during the daytime since I lived here was about -8 C (17.6 F), and that was a rough ride... but at the time I only lived 4 mins from work, but even that required wearing a balaclava due to the harsh wind that day.   I&#039;d do it again if it got that cold again.</description>
